# VectorVida

Sovereign technology for a unified health system

## Intelligence that redefines health.

A clinical data and AI platform for hospitals and health institutions: a unified patient record, interoperability under Mexico’s NOM-024 standard and HL7 FHIR, and tools that assist the physician without replacing their judgement.

## Sovereign technology for a unified system.

Our mission is to consolidate the technological sovereignty of healthcare in Mexico by building the most advanced digital infrastructure in Latin America. We unify medical knowledge with our own artificial intelligence so that every institution, public or private, operates with surgical precision and frontier efficiency.

## Architecture that evolves

_Modular ecosystem_

Five modules that coexist as layers: the clinical database, data protection, diagnostic assistance, analysis over time, and record digitization. Each one runs independently or as part of the full stack.

## Delta

_Data protection_

VectorVida’s data protection layer: it de-identifies patient information so you can use artificial intelligence without exposing sensitive data, running 100% locally and in line with Mexico’s NOM-024 standard.

- Local de-identification of patient data — CURP, RFC, social security number and +52 phone numbers.
- NOM-024 compliance with audit-ready evidence.
- Available as on-premise hardware (Delta Box) or in your own private cloud (VPC).

## Gamma

_Record digitization_

Turns your paper records, PDFs and documents into structured, coded (ICD-10 and ICD-11) and queryable clinical histories — locally, and in line with Mexico’s NOM-024 standard.

- Digitization and automatic reading of clinical documents.
- Extraction and coding of diagnoses and medications.
- FHIR-structured records, independent and ready to use.

## Systems that speak the same language.

Your current systems can keep running: VectorVida connects over recognised standards (HL7 FHIR) and in compliance with Mexican regulation (NOM-024), so data moves between departments and vendors with a full audit trail.

- **The FHIR standard** — HL7 FHIR is the “common language” that lets histories, results and appointments move between hospitals, laboratories and government without locking the information inside a single vendor.
- **Legal compliance** — NOM-024-SSA3-2012 defines how electronic health records must be stored and protected in Mexico. Our architecture aligns with those requirements for privacy, security and audit.

A design commitment: auditable records with no opaque deletions. Clinical traceability is a priority in our infrastructure.

## Data loss.

_Integrity_

In healthcare, deleting a record without a trace is not a feature: it is a legal and clinical risk. Here is how we treat it.

At VectorVida, integrity is absolute. Every clinical record, encounter and diagnosis is auditable and permanent; nothing is deleted from the infrastructure in a way that removes the recoverable clinical history.

A single source of truth — an immutable history for whoever has to audit it.

## Kopi explains your prescription over WhatsApp.

_VectorVida extension — for patients_

A free service for patients in Mexico. Because understanding your treatment shouldn’t require a second appointment.

Take a photo of your prescription. Send it over WhatsApp. Within seconds you get what the medication is, how to take it and what to avoid — in plain language, with no jargon.

Free during the pilot in Mexico. All you need is WhatsApp — no sign-up, no app.

## Unify healthcare in Mexico.

_START A CONVERSATION_

If you run a health institution or lead its digital transformation, we can show you how VectorVida fits with your current systems, your regulatory framework and your clinical teams.

We work with the public and private sectors in Mexico; the next step is a conversation with your executive or IT team.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is VectorVida?

VectorVida is a wholly Mexican health infrastructure company powered by artificial intelligence. We build the AI, interoperability and data-sovereignty layer that public and private health institutions in Mexico run on.

### Is VectorVida an electronic health record (EHR)?

Yes when you need one: Núcleo is VectorVida’s electronic health record. It can also operate as the interoperability, protection and AI layer on top of the EHR you already run — including Núcleo. The platform is not only an EHR.

### Where is health data stored and processed?

On infrastructure built entirely in Mexico. Technological sovereignty is a core principle: clinical data stays under national control and is processed under Mexico’s federal data protection law for private parties (LFPDPPP).

### How do you guarantee interoperability between institutions?

The platform is designed around recognised health standards — Mexico’s NOM-024 and HL7 FHIR — so institutions that are fragmented today can share and exchange clinical information in a structured, secure way.

### Does the AI replace the physician’s judgement?

No. VectorVida’s AI works as a copilot: it assists and suggests, but final clinical judgement always belongs to the health professional. Modules like Therion and Kronos support the specialist without substituting for their professional view.

### What is Kopi?

Kopi is our product for patients: a WhatsApp bot that explains your prescription in plain language. You send a photo of your note or prescription and get back what the medication is, how to take it and what not to mix it with.

### How do you protect privacy and obtain consent for using AI?

We operate compliance-first: a privacy notice under Mexico’s LFPDPPP, a data processing agreement (DPA) for institutions, and a specific informed consent for the use of artificial intelligence.

### Who is VectorVida built for?

Public and private health institutions in Mexico that want to modernise their infrastructure with AI, reduce the administrative load on medical staff and operate inside a unified digital ecosystem.
