# VectorVida: the truth about infrastructure

The principles governing how we build health technology in Mexico — for executives, clinicians and the teams that integrate the ecosystem.

- **Health is infrastructure.** Clinical software is not just another application: it is the base an institution operates on, and it should be held to that standard.
- **Technological sovereignty.** Mexico’s clinical infrastructure and data should stay under national control, processed in the country.
- **AI is a copilot, not a replacement.** Our artificial intelligence layers assist and suggest; final clinical judgement always belongs to the health professional.
- **Absolute integrity.** No clinical record is deleted in a way that removes the recoverable history. Traceability is a condition, not an optional feature.
- **Interoperability by design.** We build on NOM-024 and HL7 FHIR so information is never locked inside a single vendor.
