- Not necessarily. Núcleo can serve as the institution’s single clinical record, but it is designed to connect to existing systems over HL7 FHIR, so integration is the starting point rather than a full migration.
- How does Núcleo comply with NOM-024?
- Núcleo aligns with NOM-024-SSA3 for health information exchange: it structures the record according to the standard, keeps every action on that record traceable, and holds the information on infrastructure under national control.
- Can a clinical record be deleted in Núcleo?
- Not in any way that removes the recoverable clinical history. Every record, encounter and diagnosis is auditable and permanent, backed by an immutable log that reconstructs who accessed or changed the information, and when.
- Does Núcleo handle multiple sites and specialists?
- Yes. It unifies the management of patients, specialists, providers and sites into one source of truth, including the workflows that coordinate staff across locations.
